I am a graduate of Life University in Marietta, Ga., and have been in private practice since 1999. I am proud to have been honored with the Family Practice Excellence Award for my dedication to family health care. I am a lecturer and chiropractic innovator. I am a certified Metabolic Typing Adviser, a certified Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist, and I am certified in Bio-Nutritional Care related to autism spectrum disorders. And I have accumulated hundreds of post graduate hours in the field of functional medicine. I am now working on my Diplomate of the American Board of Clinical Nutrition (DACBN).
From a very young age, I realized I felt my very best when I was helping others. I knew I could contribute the most to the world if I were involved in a health related field.
I decided to become a chiropractor after my own life was changed by a chiropractic experience as a teenager. One night I found myself in excruciating pain and unable to move. My father said, “I’ll take you to my chiropractor in the morning”. I didn’t even ask what a Chiropractor was. And at that time I didn’t care. After several adjustments I was able to function normally, and I’ve always remembered that experience.
Ten years after my own first chiropractic adjustment, I decided to go back to college. At the age of 33, I graduated from chiropractic school and moved to Jacksonville, FL to start a chiropractic clinic.
Now with three daughters, Rebecca, Arin and Morgan, I am proud to say they each received their first adjustment on the day they were born. Rebecca, Arin and Morgan, like other children worldwide, receive chiropractic wellness care, setting the stage for a healthy spine for future growth and development. Through caring for my patients as well as my own family, I have seen the amazing results that chiropractic can provide not only for adults and teens, but also for infants, children and the elderly.
Today our practice members include 2nd, 3rd, and 4th generations of families who get adjusted by making it part of their routine instead of waiting until they just can’t “take the pain anymore”. Our practice is focused on serving people. We are dedicated to educating our community on how to live active, healthy lives without limits now and in the future.
I am grateful to you for visiting our website, and I look forward to helping you and your family live your life without limits.
