Nicole Napoli, Front Office Assistant
I was born here in Jacksonville and raised in St. Augustine, where I’ve lived for most of my life. After finishing high school, I began to serve the community’s sweet tooth by working at Godiva Chocolatier. It was an indulgent job, to say the least, and I really enjoyed the giddy smiles on my customers’ faces when they walked away with their treats. One factor that was not such a perk of the position was the weight gain. Being constantly surrounded by chocolate and of course, the sizeable discount I received, I ended up about twenty pounds heavier than when I’d started.
It was while working at Godiva that I started to become more aware of wellness and nutrition, and how what you put into your body enormously affects how you feel and perform, as well as your overall health. I began to learn more about nutrition and health and how wonderful incorporating them into my daily life made me feel. I married my wonderful husband, Zac, who happens to share my passion for living a simpler and healthier life.
I also spent some time working at a pediatrician’s office, and I loved working with the patients and bonding with all the children we saw. I felt that the medical field was exciting and different, and an environment that I could see myself becoming more involved with.
And with that came the opportunity to work here at Alan Nathans Jacksonville Family Chiropractic. Chiropractic care was not something that I was familiar with before I started working here, but needless to say, I caught on quickly! Our patients have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Nathans and the positive changes they’ve experienced since first coming in.
On a personal note since beginning chiropractic care I can honestly say I have never felt better. It’s astounding to see the difference it has made for me—I stand straighter and taller, and hold my shoulders higher. My husband immediately noticed the difference, and was just as impressed as I was. My husband also gets adjusted.
I admire the compassionate approach that Dr. Nathans lends to the field of chiropractic and nutrition. I am always moved by the success stories of our patients, and now it is easy for me to see what a difference chiropractic care can make in a person’s life. I am grateful to work with wonderful people in an environment that promotes feeling and living better.

I moved from Michigan where I was born and raised to Florida with my family in 2009. We spent our first year in Florida living in the Tampa Bay Area. We are now all settled in and happy to call Jacksonville our home.
I began working as a Chiropractic Assistant while in Michigan and continued in Tampa. I fell in love with Chiropractic and all it has to offer right away. Going back to college only furthered my interest and fueled my desire to know more about restoring health to live life to its fullest. I finished my degree in 2009. The health and science courses I took convinced me I was already in the right field. I love helping people and watching them become healthier and happier.
It feels great knowing my family is receiving all the benefits of chiropractic. I only wish I’d known about it earlier. I am happy to have found Dr. Alan Nathans Family Chiropractic and am grateful for the opportunity to help our community.

I was born and raised in Fernandina Beach, Fl. During my first career I worked for The Jacksonville Paper mill for 15 years. After that I spent the 4 years working at our families BBQ restaurant in Fernandina. My wife Hope and I currently live in Fernandina Beach raising our 5 children. Hope and I are youth pastors for Refuge For Teens , a teen outreach ministry program at our church.
My love for bodywork started at a young age. I have always wanted to be a massage therapist. It wasn’t until my wife Hope and I had our first child that I realized that massage was far more than just for relaxation, it was for relieving pain as well and correcting structural imbalances. She reminds me that the massage therapy I performed on her during pregnancy really helped.
I completed my coursework at The Southeastern School of Neuromuscular Massage, where I graduated with a 4.0 GPA with an emphasis on Anatomy and Neuromuscular Bodywork.
To be able to place my hands on someone and relieve pain, reduce stress, restore ranges of motion and help aide in their physical wellbeing has been quite fulfilling. I look forward to each bodywork session and the challenge it holds.
I feel that I am part of the team at Alan Nathans Jacksonville Family Chiropractic. I know the value of combining massage therapy and chiropractic.
I look forward to serving you!

I was born and raised here in Jacksonville. After working nearly ten years in the field of Customer Care, I was given the chance to go back to school. I’ve always been very kinesthetic and my family and friends have told me that I have “healing hands”. The field of massage therapy had intrigued me for many years, so I enrolled at Keiser Career College in the Professional Clinical Massage Therapy course with a heavy emphasis in both Swedish and Neuromuscular Therapies. From day one I knew that I had made the right decision. While in school I witnessed the tremendous impact that massage can have on all people both young and old. I decided that NMT was the modality that I would base my new career in. I'm so happy that I did. Seeing the difference that NMT has made with my family and patient's lives is amazing! I've literally been able to touch people and relieve them of migraine headaches, backaches, sciatic pain and more!
I look forward to helping you toward a better, healthier, happier life.
